Tornagrain Pharmacy offers Pharmacy First and Medicines Care and Review services along with private travel and occupational vaccinations.
James Higgins, pharmacist and a director of the company behind Dalneigh Pharmacy and Travel Health Clinic, opened the doors to their new branch in October 2020. Tahir Rashid moved from the firm's Dalneigh pharmacy to manage the Tornagrain pharmacy.
The pharmacy has a five strong team and will be open 08.30 to 18.00 Monday to Friday and 09.00 to 13.00 on Saturday.
Along with serving the fast-growing community at Tornagrain, free deliveries are available to anyone struggling to access a pharmacy in Inverness, Nairn and the surrounding areas and will be carried out by a fully electric van with a 250 mile charging range. Hillhead Café
A brand-new eating spot that has quickly established itself as the heart of Tornagrain, offering breakfast, brunch, coffee, and daily bakes.
Hillhead Café opened in April 2022 and has become a pillar of the local community, proving a popular meeting place for friends and family, both from the new town and further afield. The café is owned and operated by Bubble & Goose Hospitality who take pride in supplying quality catering for private functions, corporate events, and sports hospitality, offering fresh, seasonal, and delicious food. The team can cater for anything from a breakfast meeting, sit-down private dinner or large corporate event and specialise in creating unique menus from gourmet street food to fine dining, BBQs and their Classic Hog Roast, with a dedicated team of chefs, event planners and waiting staff.

Stramash Outdoor Nursery
The Stramash Outdoor Nursery have been operating at Tornagrain since August 2017. Childcare is offered for 0 to 5 year olds and the Stramash at Tornagrain is the first outdoor nursery in the UK to care for 0 to 2 year olds outside.
The Stramash is able to offer funded places for 3 to 5 year olds, more information can be found on their website.
