New Café for Tornagrain
Moray Estates are currently looking for an operator for the new café on Hillhead Place at Tornagrain, the new town that is being built south of Inverness Airport. Tornagrain is due to be built out over the next 50 to 60 years and will become a community of approximately 10,000 people, 3 primary schools, a secondary school and a High Street.
With completion due in Spring 2020 we are finalising our search for a new café operator. The café provides an excellent opportunity to expand an existing business or create a start-up business. Situated at the entrance to the first primary school (due to be delivered in 2022/2023) this business prospect at the hub of a vibrant growing community is a fantastic chance to create something special.
